21Jun08 - I fished Neshaminy Creek (PA) Saturday evening.  Weather was fantastic and the creek was flowing approximately 39 cfs.  Stream height was lower than normal with good water clarity.  Rock bass and bluegills were extremely plentiful.  No smallmouth bass were caught.  Hatches were non-existent.  Streamer patterns were top producers.  Poppers produced little results.

31May08 - 12Jun08 - Stan Lupo's Martha's Vineyard, MA fishing report.  Several large stripers in the 20 pound-class were caught Tuesday, June 10.  The hot fly was a sparsely dressed 5/0 white deceiver.  Several smaller bass were caught throughout the trip.  Reported sightings of a great white were seen roaming the North Shore between Dogfish Bar and Gay Head for roughly three weeks.  Stan and Bill spotted a 25 foot basking shark along Squibnocket.

08Jun08 - I fished Neshaminy Creek in PA Saturday morning.  The creek was flowing approximately 95 cfs, roughly 10 cfs above normal.  Stream height had dropped to near normal conditions while some turbidity remained.  Water clarity was at the limits of fishing a fly, any worse and it would've been unfishable.  Fly activity was near non-existent although a few fish broke water chasing insects to the surface.  Fishing was slow, only producing two smallmouths, two red eyes, and several bluegills.  Effective flies included size 6 Hellgramaniacs and size 16 Oliver Edward's Hydropsyche larva.  Weather was sunny and unseasonably hot.
